A PARADISE FOR NATURE LOVERS

A narrow gravel path leads up to the hill where the cottage is situated on a large screened of garden lot. Here is also a place to park a car. There is a grill for out-door-cooking and a playhouse for the children. From the cottage there is 200 m down to the Nipekilen sea bay and a beach (Slusen) suitable for children to go swimming. You can also go by boat from here out to the open sea and the most beatiful parts of the Sörland archipelago. Gräsholmen, Store Steinsund, Lille Steinsund, Flatskjäret and Lyngör. At the Lyngör lighthouse you find the restaurant "Den blå lanterne" which serves the best bouillabaisse(fishsoup) in the world. You can swim, fish(cod, mackerel, coalfich, etc) or or go camping for a night on the outer skerries and enjoy the light nights, or dive down into the salt water, or... only your imagination set the limits. From the cottage you can go for many pleasant walks, e,g in the large forest and listen to the birds singing, or follow the moose in his track. And remember to bring a map and compass, and of course a bucket for the berries you pick. FREE PARKING by the the cottage.
